The DCE team are led by chairman and selling shareholder, David Cox.

Nathan Lapsley, who led the 458 team said: “I first supported DCE with a restructuring project in the years before the bid from UV&S, which was useful as it ensured that the business was exit ready. When it was time for the sale, 458 steered the sellers from term sheet through to closing. It’s very satisfying to see the guys rewarded with this exit and we look forward to watching DCE’s next phase of growth under the sellers’ continued leadership.”

David Cox’s comments

“Working with 458 was a game changer for us during the sale of DCE. Their expertise in M&A, complemented by invaluable support from their specialist lawyers across employment law, real estate and tax meant that we had all bases covered. The service provided by 458 far exceeded my expectations and I would strongly recommend the firm to anybody looking to exit.”
